SNOW DAY!

HI there!!! This wasn't my original post for today but that post can wait till tomorrow!!! We had a SNOW DAY today! I called my bestie and her, her son (coop's best friend), and her sister joined me and my kiddos at the park for some sledding fun!!! This is the first time that I have sledded in forever! It was a blast! One cool thing was, the local newspaper showed up and took some great pictures of us for this Wednesday's paper! What a way to spend the day!!! I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed the play time!!!

Bella wasn't all for the sledding...she went three times but wasn't thrilled. I guess at 3 she just ins't quite sure if she likes it or not!

She has been doing this cross eyed thing lately and thinks it hilarious, well here she is at her finest!

Here is Lauren getting ready to go down the big hill!!! She looks so cozy and pretty! She had a blast!

Here she is coming back up the hill!!! Man I got my workout for the day. I think I walked up that hill about 30 times!!!

Here is Cooper!!! He also had soooo much fun!!!

Cooper and Ryan, best friends!!! They had so much fun going down the hill together!!!

SNOW DAY = FUN DAY!!!

  2. Lovely photos. I'm not a fan of snow, we've had far too much here in northern England. But I must admit, the kids love it and yours certainly look as though they're enjoying themselves.

    Great post.

  3. Crystal,
I can not tell you the last time that I played in the snow and sledded. I am not a fan of being cold and wet but I am so glad that I took the kids because not only did they have a blast and I loved seeing their happy faces but I had a blast too!!! Thank you for your comment! Brooke

  4. It snowed here in NC too! Hubby and I had to use kayaks as sleds, but had so much fun! Enjoy it!
